Today at 3:00, the Joint Public Health Committee will convene to examine questions surrounding the “private” option waiver (see previous coverage of this issue here). Lawmakers will be privileged to hear testimony from Jonathan Ingram of the Foundation for Government Accountability, Ed Haislmaier of The Heritage Foundation, and David Ferguson of the Conduit for Commerce.
The meeting will be held in the Big Mac building. Unfortunately, this means the meetings will not be live-streamed. Fortunately, however, I will be there (yay) and will attempt to live-stream the proceedings via my Ustream account (you can also watch live at the bottom of this post).
If you’re unable to tune in live, you can watch the footage after the meeting in the video archives. And of course I’ll have a story about the developments here at TheArkansasProject.com tomorrow.
