Friends of freedom should enjoy watching committee hearings this morning at the state Capitol. Two economic freedom bills will be presented at the House Public Health Committee this morning at 10: measures to deregulate hair-braiding (HB 1177) as well as to create a statutory right to occupational freedom (HB 1158). Simultaneously, the House Education Committee will hear a proposal to extend Second Amendment rights to college campuses (HB 1077). See you at the Capitol this morning! (Remember, if you can’t attend in person, live streaming video of committee hearings is available at the video library on arkansashouse.org.)
